The annual Duck Race is a significant source of revenue for the local Rotary Clubs. Richland Rotary, in turn, awards several scholarships, builds projects both locally and internationally.

Richland Rotary awarded five scholarships to students from Richland and Hanford High Schools. Club President, Roy Keck and Superintendent of Public Schools, Shelley Redinger, presented the scholarships.
